• Refurbishment of the 80-Year-Old Footscray Town Hall: A heritage-listed building restored under the guidance of Heritage Victoria to retain its historical charm.
• Construction of a New Civic Administration Building: A six-star Green Star-rated structure with sustainable design at its core.
• Creation of a Community Park: Featuring open lawns, indigenous plantings, accessible pathways, and community gathering spaces

Solution

1. Buzon Adjustable Pedestals:

• Versatile Raised Flooring Solution: Used for paving the outdoor terrace areas. The pedestals provided a stable and level surface, essential for the high pedestrian traffic.
• Enhanced Accessibility: The raised flooring system ensured compliance with accessibility standards, allowing smooth navigation for residents, including wheelchair users.
• Durability and Sustainability: The pedestals were ideal for supporting the concrete pavers used in outdoor spaces, ensuring longevity in public-use environments.

2. Latham Stair Nosing:

• Safety and Compliance: Installed across stairways of the entrance to the civic administration building and Town Hall, the stair nosing provided anti-slip protection to enhance safety for all visitors.
• Seamless Integration: The stair nosing complemented the design aesthetics of the precinct, ensuring functionality without compromising the modern and heritage design elements.
