Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Pasco Construction Solutions (ABN 16386132416), with locations in Victoria and New South Wales ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at store opening on 07 October 2025 and closes at store closing on 31 October 2025 ("Promotion Period"). All qualifying purchases must be made during this period.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to Pasco Account Holders only.

Employees of Pasco Construction Solutions are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent entries.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must spend $500 or more (including GST) in a single transaction at any participating Pasco store location during the Promotion Period.

Each qualifying transaction of $500 or more constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is from a separate qualifying transaction.

Purchases must be made in-store only. Online and phone purchases are not eligible.

Entries are only valid when allocated to the Pasco Account Holder's account.

5. Prizes

1st Prize: LG 86" NanoCell AI TV - Valued at $2,895 (RRP)

2nd Prize: $1,000 Pasco Gift Voucher

Voucher expires 12 months from date of issue

Redeemable for goods only at Pasco VIC or NSW locations

Not redeemable for cash

Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified

3rd Prize: Fully Stocked Bar Fridge - Valued at $700 (RRP)

Includes 2 cartons of CBCO beer

Includes 2 cartons of Pasco Still Water

Bar fridge and contents as specified; no substitutions

Total Prize Pool: $4,595

6. Prize Conditions

All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other prize.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be varied.

Prize values are correct as at the date of printing and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Prize Draw

The prize draw will be conducted at 241 Ingles Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3702 on 07 November 2025 at 8.00am.

The draw will be conducted by random electronic draw or manual draw.

Three (3) winners will be drawn for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes respectively.

The first valid entry drawn will receive 1st Prize, the second valid entry drawn will receive 2nd Prize, and the third valid entry drawn will receive 3rd Prize.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone or email within two (2) business days of the draw using the contact details provided on their Pasco account.

Winners' names will be announced on the Pasco Construction Solutions website and social media channels.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact winners but takes no responsibility if a winner cannot be contacted.

If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw, or does not claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may take place.

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 241 Ingles Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3702 on 05 December 2025 at 8.00am. Winners will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and may be disclosed to third parties for prize delivery purposes.

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and state/territory of residence for promotional purposes.

Entrants' personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at [Insert website/location].

11. Liability

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for:

Late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries
Technical malfunctions or failures
Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries
Any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of accepting or using a prize

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.

Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
